The 6500 digital addressable fire control system is a high specification, feature rich, economical interactive digital addressable fire detection and alarm system ideally suited for small, medium and large sized buildings and complex multiple panel networked sites.
AST offers a range of over 17 interactive 6000PLUS addressable high-performance sensors from low mass thermistor heat sensors to optical sensors that provide efficient reliable detection using the light scatter sensing principle with rapid response to a fire signal.
In addition, we provides carbon monoxide sensors that are used in conjunction with other detection principles such as optical and heat providing the ultimate in fast response to a fire signal while dismissing unwanted alarms. Sensor variants include integral programmable sounders, talking sounders and visual alarm devices.
The 6000/SSR/LED comprises of a high output electronic sounder and high intensity flashing beacon range. Combining the two functions in one compact design, improves the aesthetic appearance and simplifies the installation of the device. This system can also come with a voice alarm function and is designed and assembled following current safety standards.
The AST’s 4 Channel Input/Output Interface is a auxiliary powered input / output device providing 2 local zones of conventional detectors, 2 monitored inputs, 2 local monitored alarm outputs and two volt free changeover contacts. The contacts may be used to connect to ancillary equipment.
